We stand behind our products and guarantee that they will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for the entire lifetime of the product. If you're not completely happy with your purchase due to mentioned reasons, we want the opportunity to rectify the situation and ensure you're completely satisfied with your kit.

We will replace your kit/ parts / issue a refund if your kit has defects such as missing or wrong diamonds; adhesive or tool kit issues; diamonds falling off after completion or losing their shine; canvas rips, creases, wrinkles, and scratches.
